Pectus ships content-focused. Can I use it for something else?

FAQ /About Pectus

Yes — that’s the design. The bundle is content-publishing because that’s the first use case it was built for, but the architecture is general. Any skill that follows the SKILL.md + schema contract runs on the same runner. Any app that declares its inputs and outputs slots in alongside the bundled ones.

Examples of what’s in scope: pulling sales transcripts and producing weekly account briefs, fetching ad campaigns and producing budget reallocation drafts, ingesting customer interviews and producing theme reports. The CMS surface is content-flavored today; if you build skills and apps in another domain you can either reuse the dashboard primitives (skill_runs, the review queue) or build your own surface in cms/.
