Can I use Pectus without Claude Code?

Yes. The pectus CLI works fine standalone. Open pectus.md and run each numbered step yourself. The CLI commands (pectus brand, pectus connect supabase, pectus workspace create, pectus analyze) all work without an agent driving them.
